The company was founded as J. C. Nichols Eudora Realty in 1995.  In 1999 we moved to our present location at 34102 Commerce Drive in the Team Bank of De Soto, overlooking the dynamic K-10 Corridor.  In 2001, Home Services of America, the owner of J. C. Nichols Alliance, purchased J.D. Reece Realtors and merged the two largest Real Estate Brokerages in the Kansas City area, forming what is now known as Reece & Nichols Realtors.
