In 2002, Wilson Realty was purchased by Reece & Nichols Cross Creek Realty, Inc. and became Reece & Nichols Wilson Realty, the forth member office of the Reece & Nichols Cross Creek Realty, Inc. franchise. In December 2005, all six offices owned by Reece & Nichols Cross Creek Realty, Inc., changed all their names to Reece & Nichols Premier Realty.  The purpose of the name change is to focus on a marketing strategy of delivering Premier real estate service for all customers and clients.
