The company was founded as Cross Creek Realty in 1991.  In 1992, we acquired and remodeled the current facility at 2706 N. 155th Street.  In September, 1994, we became the second  J.C. Nichols Alliance franchise.  In 2001, HomeServices of America, the owner of J. C. Nichols Alliance, purchased J.D. Reece Realtors and merged the two largest Real Estate Brokerages in the Kansas City area, forming what is now known as Reece & Nichols Realtors.
