High Point Downs

High Point Downs is one of the newest subdivisions located in Basehor, Kansas. The first phase has 100 lots and there is going to be a total of 6 phases with over 500 lots. The homes are going to range in price from $190,000 to the low $200,000's. There are many daylight and walk-out lots. The lots are larger than most subdivisions with some ranging in the 1/2 acre size. We are now taking lot reservations.
